To maintain a harmonious and professional training environment, we kindly request your adherence to the following guidelines:

1. Gi Requirements:

   • Please wear gi uniforms in white, blue, or black for training and competitions.

   • We take pride in our unity, so kindly ensure that your gi bears a visible A-Team patch.

   • Keep your gi clean, well-maintained, and free from tears or patches For the safety of our students, any gi’s that have tears must be replaced.

2. No-Gi Requirements:

   • During No-Gi training sessions, please wear a long-sleeve rash guard along with shorts and spats or gi pants.
